The Mason Girls Volleyball team added another chapter to its storied legacy Thursday, October 9, clinching yet another Greater Miami Conference (GMC) championship with a three-game sweep at Hamilton.
With the victory, the Comets extended their incredible conference dominance to 10 consecutive unbeaten GMC seasons, a streak unmatched in league history. Mason has now gone 43–0 in conference play since its last league loss to Lakota East on September 15, 2015 — a full decade of perfection.
The program’s consistency and excellence have made it a powerhouse not just in the GMC, but across the region. Over the past 13 seasons, Mason has claimed or shared the conference title 12 times, a run that cements its status as the winningest girls program in GMC history.
